Who we are
Ikigai Sailing is a growing community of dreamers, sailors, freedivers, divers, kitesurfers and adventure-lovers.
We are a non-profit amateur sports association, recognised by CONI and affiliated with MSP Italia. United by a love for the sea, freedom and good food, with one mission: to live in harmony with nature, following the wind and the waves.

Skipper · Kitesurf & freediving instructor
RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and a CONI-recognised sailing instructor. Freediving instructor for AIDA and Apnea Total, and a certified IKO kitesurf instructor. His love of hospitality and good food makes every passage a Dolce Vita of sport, meditation and Janzu.
Dive Master · Spearfishing & adventure
Expert diver — IANTD Divemaster, Cave Diver and Rescue Diver. His passion for the sea has taken him to over 30 countries. In 2022 he co-founded Ikigai Sailing with Luca, merging adventure, sustainability and freedom.
Deckhand & galley
French, 35, with two great passions: cooking and the sea. Aboard Ikigai she unites them — a living, simple, heartfelt cuisine that tells stories and turns every meal into a moment of genuine pleasure.
Our vision
Ikigai Sailing is about returning to nature, discovering new horizons, and activities that nourish body and soul — the pleasure of sharing authentic moments, practising sport, and living every day as a break from the fast-paced modern world. A sailing journey around the world, teaching and sharing our passions and a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
