The therapeutic power of water

Janzu is not only a practice of emotional release, but is also based on principles of body awareness and connection with nature, making it a form of meditation and spiritual experience for both the receiver and the therapist. Janzu is a form of aquatic therapy originating in India and developed in Mexico by Juan Villatoro Garza, who passed it on to Richard Dionne (Sol Naciente), from whom Luca learned the first-level techniques. This therapy is based on the idea that water has healing power and can facilitate a deep release of physical and emotional tensions. During a Janzu session, the practitioner gently moves the person’s body in the water, encouraging the release of stress and emotional blocks. The therapy is designed to promote a state of deep relaxation and connection with oneself and the surrounding environment. Janzu is not just an emotional release practice but is also based on the principles of listening to the body and connecting with nature, making it a form of meditation and a spiritual experience for both the recipient and the therapist.
